Victor Gillespie is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and sustain long-term health. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Victor specializes in training tactical athletes, bringing a deep understanding of the unique physical demands required in law enforcement, military, and other high-performance careers. His expertise also extends to youth athletic development, where he focuses on optimizing performance for specific sports while prioritizing injury prevention and longevity.

A veteran of the 2nd Ranger Battalion, one of the U.S. Army’s elite Special Operations infantry units, Victor knows firsthand the extreme fitness standards needed to succeed in the most demanding environments. He also served on a Joint Counter-Drug Task Force in Texas, working alongside law enforcement officers, giving him unique insight into the operational fitness requirements of those in tactical professions.

Victor further strengthened his foundation in performance training as a Master Fitness Trainer Course (MFTC) Instructor, where he taught advanced exercise science, physical readiness programming, and performance optimization to soldiers across the Army. His role required both academic mastery and hands-on leadership, ensuring others were prepared to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.

In addition, Victor has professional experience as an Exercise Physiologist, where he applied evidence-based training principles to improve health outcomes, enhance recovery, and maximize performance for clients across diverse backgrounds.
